Beside it: which schemes each nation authorises (England and Wales through MHCLG's list, Scotland through the Scottish building standards certification schemes, Northern Ireland through neither), how the roster changed after ELECSA's registrations moved into NICEIC, and the single route a landlord has to check that the person who signed their certificate was registered on the day they signed it.
